Coronavirus Update from PlushJungles
Thank you for considering decorating your home with PlushJungles. We hope you’re safe, cozy, and as well as can be. We are paying close attention to the evolving health crisis and how we can partner with our manufacturers and carriers to adapt. Fortunately, as of today, nearly all of our workers are operational and able to take all necessary precautions both for their own safety and for yours. We will keep you posted on important new developments.
Our product is deliverable. We’re fortunate to work with best in class manufacturers throughout India that are, for the most part, operational. Today as with every day, they put their experience, talent, and attention to detail to work to create quality furniture by hand, made to order. Some of our products have a two to five week extended lead time -- noted on each product page -- and the rest is business as usual.
Our delivery teams are taking safety precautions. We are talking every day to our shippers, which have been classified as essential businesses. So far, our teams are operating as usual with a few new safety precautions. White glove delivery and in-home assembly workers are sanitizing products before delivery, as well as wearing masks and non-latex gloves. If for any reason you want to delay or cancel your white glove delivery or in-home service, we’ll take care of it. Please email email@example.com to initiate.
We’re extending our return policy from 30 days to 45 days for the duration of the crisis-- no questions asked.
We can help reroute or pause delivery. If for some reason you can no longer receive deliveries at the original shipping address, we can help cancel, pause, or reroute the delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate.
Our own team is working remotely and safely. We are here for you both to answer questions about the product and to engage about all things home. We believe in the joy of decorating -- now more than ever.
